Life transitions can be challenging. The good news is that there are things we can do to help individuals of all ages successfully manage these life transitions.

Beyond a career as an instructor in higher education, it is my desire to support and encourage others.  In pursuit of this calling, I began consulting in 2013.  But my inner voice continued speaking to me, challenging me to do more, and has revealed itself beyond any dream I had previously dared to dream.  Throughout 2020, I focused on re-framing consultant, expanding upon my passion for mentoring and nurturing of others. I enrolled in the Sedona Women’s Institute Facilitator Training program, and launched my personal business, Circle of Self Discovery.  Within this opportunity, going forward, when not in the classroom, I will be curating and delivering unique programs.  It is my hope, my desire, that my passion for travel and adventure will continue to evolve into the development of local, regional, and destination events— combining my love of travel and adventure more fully with what I’m being called to do — Encourage others to be their best self.
